Location & Parking:  5800 S Joplin Way, Centennial, CO 80015.  Piney Creek has 2 parking lots, one next to the tennis courts adjacent to the pool and one across the street. It may be necessary to park in the neighborhoods that surround the pool. Parking on S Joplin Way is allowed, however, please make sure to note any street signs with restrictions. Parking where there is crosshatch is off-limits. 

Pool Details:  8 lane, 25 meter pool. 

Team Set-Up & Viewing:   All families should set-up outside the pool deck in any of the grassy areas. Personal tents and chairs are not allowed inside the pool area. We will have parent viewing areas located at the end of the pool as well as a parent viewing canopy near the kiddy pool. 

Coaches Tents will be set-up on the opposite side from scoring. Please bring 1-2 tents per division for the coaches and some extra camp chairs for seating. Spaces will be clearly marked for each division.

Volunteers: Volunteer check-in tables will be located under the wood arbor behind the starting blocks. Volunteer meetings @ 7:00am. 

• Timers will meet under the wood arbor. Please have both first and second shift volunteers attend the timer meeting.   At the All Stars meet, we will run the Time Drops system without cards. With the Time Drops system, it is extremely important that each swimmer is in the correct heat and lane because the time goes with the heat/lane and not with the swimmer. The Time Drops Live app is available for parents/spectators to view live unofficial times as they occur.
• Stroke & Turn will meet by the start end of the pool near lane 1. Please have both first and second shift S&T attend the meeting. 
• Heating will meet under the wood arbor. Please have both first and second shift volunteers attend the timer meeting. 

If you or your volunteers are unsure where they are supposed to be or what they are supposed to be doing, please come to the scoring area, which will be located by lane 1. 

First shift volunteers should be in place by 7:25am. 

Concessions: The menu includes breakfast burritos, pancakes, fresh fruit, coffee and more in the morning. We will have hot dogs, burgers, brats, pizza and nachos for lunch. There will also be a variety of healthy snacks and not so healthy special summer swim snacks and drinks throughout the day. Concessions accepts both cash and Venmo.
