End of Season Awards!
Dam West Clubhouse/Pool Deck
Start: 6:00 PM
End: 8:00 PM
Set-up will be from 4:30-5pm. Setting up tables and chairs, the tents if needed, similar to setup for the pancake breakfast. The Banquet will be from 6-8pm. You're welcome to swim during setup and before the event. Please bring a change of dry clothing if we end up in the club house because of weather. We will eat, watch the slide show, and then present awards. Hopefully the weather cooperates and we can be outside the whole time because the clubhouse gets really hot with so many people. Please bring a side dish or main dish to share. The team is providing cupcakes and lemonade. If you make your dish for an allergen or dietary need, such as gluten free or vegetarian, please label it. If you would like different beverages please bring those. Cleanup will be from 8-8:30 (or faster - we cleaned up from the last home meet in like 20 minutes!) If you're available to help please stay.
