Hello Dolphins Families,

We are in the final weeks of swim team! This week is very busy with prelims on Wednesday, Championships Saturday and our end of season banquet Sunday July 13th. The banquet will start at 6pm, set up will be at 4:30. Setup will be putting the chairs and tables on the pool deck, setting up the tents if necessary, very similar to the setup for 4th of July. But saving tables for food.

If you are attending please bring a side dish, or main dish to share. Please don’t bring desserts as the team provides cupcakes. We will have lemonade, if you would like a different beverage please bring that yourself.

You’re welcome to let your kids swim before the event at 5 pm, please have a change of dry clothing for the clubhouse if we are in there for the slideshow (weather dependent). We will eat, then watch the end of year slide show and hand out awards. Hopefully the weather cooperates, and the entire event will be outdoors, but we might need to juggle a little depending on that. Please RSVP on the website if you are attending to give us an idea of how many might be coming and how much food people want to bring.
