Swim on Your Own
Coach Emilie has created a variety of workout options on a PDF link below. There is a beginner/Intermediate and Advanced swimmer option. There is also a separate workout titled "Coaches Practice" for anyone interested in extra workout options. Feel free to combine, change, or modify any of these workouts to fit your needs. She would also LOVE it if you sent her pictures of your kids doing the workout that she could share. Below are some local pools that have "free swim" times and would make good options for lap swimming. Central Recreation Center:

Meet Manager Training (in person)

Castle Rock Library, Conference Room E 1375 W Plum Creek Pkwy, Castle Rock, CO 80109 The in-person training is beneficial for NEW Meet Managers or anyone requiring a hands-on assistance. Attendees should bring their laptop with the Meet Manager software already updated for the 2024 season. Attendance at either the in-person or virtual training is MANDATORY. |

To celebrate the kickoff of our swim season, we are having a Welcome Back To Swim Team party! Come get to know the coaches and other families. We are asking you to help by bringing some food. There will be a "New to Swim Team" presentation and Q&A session with Coach Emilie. There will be a "Volunteers" table to sign up for volunteer positions and ask questions. There will be samples of the team swimsuit and sweats available for sizing. There will be computers available for Registering. And there will be plenty of volunteers available for answering questions. |
