Practices last for one (1) hour and will be as follows unless otherwise noted on the home page:
MONDAYs - THURSDAYs at 6:15am, 7:20am, and 8:25am
and FRIDAYs at 7:20am and 8:25am
STROKE AND TURN CLINICS - beginning 6/05/07 7:00-7:45pm, Swimmers must sign up in advance either at practice or via email to Coach Terry. Space will be limited to 12 swimmers per clinic.
TUESDAYS - Freestyle and Backstroke
THURSDAYS - Breaststroke and Butterfly
Starts and Turns will be worked with the strokes as listed above.
